How to create a team and manage its squad

Create a team

   In the bottom bar, tap My Cricket.

   Under ORGANIZE, tap My teams. The Organize screen opens on the Teams tab.

   Tap the round + button at the bottom right. The New Team form opens.

   Tap Add Logo to choose a logo from your phone. You can skip this.

   In the Team Name box, type the name, for example "Shorisa XI". The Short Name box fills in by itself.

   Check the Short Name. Change it if you want, for example to "SHO".

   Tap Save. The team is now in your list.

Add players to the squad

   In the Teams list, tap your team. The Edit Team form opens.

   Tap Manage Squad. The SHO — Squad screen opens.

   Under ADD AS, tap the role for the next player:

   • Owner

   • Captain

   • Vice-captain

   • Manager

   • Player

   Does the player have the CricoScore app? Tap Registered player. In the search box, type their username, name, phone or email.

   Tap Add next to the right person.

   No app account? Tap Unregistered player. Type the player's full name, for example "Jamal Mia". Tap Add.

   Repeat for every player. The list under Squad shows each player and the number of players.

Change a role, link or remove a player

1. 1

   To change a role, tap the role label next to the player, for example PLAYER. Choose the new role.

2. 2

   To link a name-only player to their account, tap Not linked · tap to link. Search for them. Tap their name.

3. 3

   To remove a player, tap the red ✕ next to them. Tap Remove.

4. 4

   To bring a player back, tap Former players at the top of the squad. Tap Back to squad next to them.
