Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CricoScore mobile app, the website at cricoscore.app, and the website at scoreboard.cricosoft.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by CricoSoft, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CricoScore. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at cricosoft@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person — one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others’ rights
  • Impersonate another person, team, or organization
  • Stream, post, or share content you do not own or have permission to use
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s security or operation
  • Use automation to create accounts, post content, or generate match data

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create on CricoScore (posts, comments, scorecards, streams). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Live streaming and third-party platforms

CricoScore lets you broadcast cricket matches to third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube). When you do:

  • You confirm you have the right to broadcast the match and any people, music, or branding visible in the stream.
  • Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms (e.g. Meta Terms, YouTube Terms).
  • We are not responsible for content removed, accounts suspended, or features changed by those platforms.

6. Facebook integration

When you connect your Facebook account to CricoScore, you authorize us to publish live broadcasts on the Facebook Pages you select. You can disconnect at any time from Stream Settings or by visiting Facebook’s Business Integrations and removing CricoScore.

7. Hire requests and scorer assignments

CricoScore facilitates connections between players, teams, and scorers. Any agreement, payment, or arrangement between users is solely between those users. CricoSoft is not a party to any such agreement and is not responsible for disputes, payments, or service quality.

8. Blood bank module

The blood bank feature is informational only. CricoSoft does not verify donor health, blood group accuracy, or eligibility, and is not a medical service. Always consult a qualified medical professional and verify donor information before any blood transfusion or donation.

9. International scores and news

International match data and news on the website come from third-party sources. They are shown for information only, may be delayed or incomplete, and belong to their respective owners.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Data deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. Upon termination, your access ends and your personal information is removed within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. CricoScore is not a substitute for official cricket scoring records; matches recorded in the app are not endorsed by any cricket governing body unless explicitly noted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricoSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 1,000 BDT, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CricoSoft against any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
