Getting started

How to claim your old matches

Add the matches you played before you had an account to your profile.

  • Checked 6 November 2026

Who can do this

Anyone with a CricoScore account.

Before you start

  • You are signed in. See How to sign in.

  • Your phone has internet.

  • A scorer added you to a team by typing your name.

A scorer may type your name into a team. Those matches are not on your profile yet. Claiming adds them.

The app shows this screen once, right after you sign up. You can open it again any time from Settings.

Steps

  1. In the bottom bar, tap Profile.

  2. Under MORE, tap Settings.

  3. Under ACCOUNT, tap Claim my matches. The app shows "Looking for your matches…".

  4. You see Is this you?. Each row shows a team, the number of matches and when they were last played.

  5. Tap each row that is really you. A green tick shows on it.

  1. Tap Add 2 to my profile at the bottom. The number shows how many rows you ticked.

  2. The box Matches linked opens. Tap OK.

None of the rows are you? Tap None are me — skip, or Skip at the top right.
