How to sign in and stay signed in

Who can do this

Anyone with a CricoScore account.

Before you start

In the bottom bar, tap Sign In (at the far right).
Tap the Sign In button in the middle of the screen.
Check that Sign in is chosen at the top. The screen says "Welcome back — sign in to continue".
In the EMAIL OR PHONE box, type your email or phone number. Type it the same way as when you signed up.
In the PASSWORD box, type your password. Tap the eye icon to see what you typed.
Tap Sign In.

Done! The last tab in the bottom bar now says Profile.

The same Sign In screen opens when you tap My Cricket while signed out.

How long you stay signed in

You stay signed in on this phone. Losing the internet does not sign you out.

Your sign-in lasts about 30 days after the app was last online. So you can score without internet for weeks.

To be safe, open the app with internet at least once every 3 weeks.

The last tab now says Sign In again. You can also sign out in Settings, under DANGER ZONE.

Problem	What to do
"Login failed" with "Invalid credentials"	The email, phone or password is wrong. Check the phone format and capital letters. Still wrong? See How to reset your password.
"Login failed" and nothing else	Check your internet. Then tap Sign In again.
"This account has been deleted."	This account was deleted. Ask CricoScore support for help. See How to get help.
"Enter your email or phone number" or "Enter your password"	A box is empty. Fill it in.
I was signed out by myself	The app was offline for about a month. Sign in again. Waiting scores are sent after you sign in.
I can't find Continue with Google	Google and Facebook sign-in are turned off for now.
