Why does "Claim my matches" find nothing?

This can happen when:

• The scorer spelled your name another way, like Rahim Udin or Md Rahim Uddin.

• Your profile name is different, like a nickname or Bangla letters.

• Those matches were already claimed, or the team owner already linked them.

Capital letters don't matter. Spelling and extra words do.

What to do

Ask the team owner to link you (best way)

   Tell the team owner or a team admin your username. It is on My profile, with @ in front, like @rahimuddin.

   They open the team's Manage Squad. Next to your name it says Not linked · tap to link.

   They tap it, search @rahimuddin and choose you. The matches now show on your profile.

Or change your name to match, then claim

   Open a scorecard you played in. Check how your name is spelled there.

   In the Profile tab, tap Edit Profile.

   In the Display Name box, type your name exactly as on the scorecard. Tap Save changes.

   Claim your matches. See How to claim your old matches.

   Change Display Name back if you want. Claimed matches stay on your profile.
