My live stream stopped. What do I do?
First, look at the top of the camera screen. If it still says LIVE, the stream is still on.
Weak upload — quality lowered… is not a stop. The app lowered the quality to keep the video going. Reconnecting... means the app is trying to come back by itself. Wait a little.
Common reasons

| You wanted to turn the screen | The app doesn't let you turn the screen while live. Tap Stop Stream, turn the screen, then tap Go Live again. |
| The internet dropped | Move closer to the Wi-Fi, or turn mobile data off and on. Then tap Go Live. Next time, choose Saver quality. |
| The battery ran out | Charge the phone. Open the camera screen and tap Go Live. Keep it plugged in. |
| A phone call or another app came up | Go back to CricoScore. If you see Resume failed — tap Go Live to retry, tap Go Live. Turn on Do Not Disturb. |
| Another phone took over | If the camera phone went quiet, another phone that tapped Go Live takes its place. Fans now watch that phone. |
| Facebook stream key expired | Facebook keys often work only once. Get a new key and tap Enter new key. |
| YouTube stream stopped or Facebook stream stopped | CricoScore fans can still watch. Check the key, then stop and go live again. |
