Who can do this

Anyone with a CricoScore account.

Before you start

  • You are signed in.

  • Your phone has internet.

  • You have not changed your username in the last 30 days.

Rules for a username

  • 3 to 30 characters.

  • Small letters (a–z), numbers and hyphens (-) only. No spaces.

  • Start and end with a letter or a number.

  • You can change it once every 30 days.

  • Your old username stays yours. Old profile links still open your profile.

Steps

  1. In the bottom bar, tap Profile.

  2. Under ACCOUNT, tap Edit Profile.

  3. Scroll down to PLAYER PROFILE. Find the USERNAME row. Tap Change on the right.

  4. The Change username box opens. Delete the old username.

  5. Type your new username, for example rahimuddin. Wait a moment. The app checks it.

  6. Look at the line under the box. It says @rahimuddin is available, or it says what is wrong.

  1. Tap Save. You see Username changed.

Done! You don't need to tap Save changes on Edit Profile for this.
